Conveniently located between the Sawgrass Expressway and the Turnpike in sunny Tamarac, Florida, our 102,000 square foot warehouse and corporate office headquarters are strategically positioned near major transportation hubs in an area with an ideal climate and plentiful availability of skilled labor.
Safety is a top priority in our warehouse facility, where all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. It is a comfortable, cool, clean and well-lit facility, with motion- controlled T5HO lighting and locker storage for personal belongings. We work with only certified and highly trained drivers, and our facility is equipped and staffed to handle up to 2,000 FCL or FTL annually. Our 600′ long speed-bay has capacity for over 6,000 pallets and handling shipping of 8,000 single-line or multi-line orders daily via 10 packing stations. Our facility is outfitted with 20′ tall racking and 20’ overhead doors for easy access. 50+ box sizes are used to maintain cube efficiency and product protection, with unloading and storage logic used to minimize handling and internal product movement. Three double-deep, stand-up reach trucks are utilized for receiving, stock rotation, and replenishment. Wave order picking is also utilized to increase efficiency and minimize order defects.
Our modern, bright and open-layout concept office was architecturally designed with productivity in mind, highly conducive to cross-department interactions and free-flow communications among employees. With high ceilings, energy-efficient LED lighting, and bold corporate colors used throughout the decor, the space joins fun with functional, creating an inviting and energetic environment. Complete with 2 conference rooms with large whiteboards, a stand-up meeting table for quick huddles, and 2 social/common areas, there are plenty of opportunities for employees to come together to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and recharge. We even offer a fully-equipped lounge with HDTV, a Ping Pong table, 3 refrigerators, a coffee station, along with free drinks and snacks. When a little quiet break time is needed, there are also 2 unassigned private offices for work or lactation needs. Our facility also has a separate will-call showroom area for local customers. In addition, our high-tech photography and video editing studio is also located on-site.
